Weight capacities range from 2000 lbs for 6-inch casters, 2500 lbs for 8-inch casters, 3000 lbs for 10-inch casters, and 3500 lbs for 12-inch casters.

Ideal for material handling, carts, and industrial equipment. The non-marking, non-scratch polyurethane tread performs particularly well on hard surfaces such as concrete, tile, and wood, while the metal core wheel can handle heavier loads for a stable and safe roll. The 92 Series is designed with kingpinless hot-forged ASTM1045 steel, which increases the durability and integrity of the caster and eliminates issues associated with kingpin failure due to severe impact loads. Additionally, the kingpinless design features ½" diameter HRC45 steel ball bearings to absorb thrust and loads in harsh environments. Lastly, Service Caster's 92 Series Top Plate Casters are crafted with zinc plating, grease fittings, and 4-position grooves to accept a 4-position lock. These versatile casters are ideal for a variety of applications such as carts, platform trucks, warehouse carts, and freight stations.
