The use of heavy duty casters will often move and push, so a load-bearing walking test is carried out on samples of production casters to improve the quality of heavy duty caster. The purpose of the heavy-duty casters load-bearing walking wear-resistant test is to test whether the produced casters meet the requirements and ensure product quality. All randomly sampled products in normal production are loaded with 1.2 times the conventional load capacity and walked continuously for 5 hours.
The incoming material test was carried out with a load 1.2 times of the conventional load capacity, and the tires were continuously walked for 8 hours without cracks, peeling and local excessive wear.
All parts of heavy duty casters have no abnormal damage and deformation that affects the use, and the bearings rotate normally without looseness and jamming.
There are many benefits of the load-bearing test. It can detect the service life of heavy-duty casters under long-term working conditions. Under the same production process, the industrial casters produced by different materials can be tested and compared to distinguish whether the caster material is good or bad. Heavy duty casters should be tested well to prevent degumming and bursting.
