Cold Pressed Inserts

Cold pressed inserts are suitable for thermoplastic plastics with medium or low hardness, which are directly cold pressed into prefabricated plastic holes after the plastic parts are formed. The outstanding advantages of cold pressed inserts are convenient implantation and high efficiency, but they sacrifice torque and tensile performance. Some cold pressed inserts can also be embedded using ultrasonic or hot melt processes to achieve better torque and tensile performance.
