Nut Anti Loosening Principle

The DISC-LOCK jam nut is composed of two parts, each with alternating cams. Due to the internal wedge design slope angle being greater than the nut angle of the bolt, this combination tightly bites into a whole. When vibration occurs, the protruding parts of the DISC-LOCK jam nut move together, generating lifting tension, and achieving perfect anti loosening effect.
